I include properties listed with our office, offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties. I encourage you to go online and search for homes or sign up for my listing e-mail service sending you new listings as they come on the market according to your personal criteria. When you have found homes that are of interest to you, we view them together. Once we find your dream home, I assist you in writing an offer and act as a liason between you and the seller, examining all disclosures, agreements, and legally required documents while educating you throughout the process.
