Why is it that some homes sell quickly, while others just sit on the market? There can be a number of factors, including pricing, marketing, and presentation of the home as well as the current market conditions. It is so important to know your competition and price your home accordingly, taking into account that different qualities in homes can affect value in the eyes of the buyer. As a REALTOR® I am aware of the importance of proper pricing and I analyse current market information with you, study your competition and determine a target price range for your home.

If a home is priced right and a good marketing strategy is in place, then chances are buyers will be looking! But no matter how many buyers see your home, if it does not make a good first impression, you will be slow to receive an offer, or worse. I perform a thorough checklist of recommended repairs and updates for my sellers to ensure that we do not lose any opportunity of a potential buyer.
