The Commons Shopping Center Open!
The Commons Shopping Center is Open! Opus West, the contractor building The Shoppes at Chino Hills has completed another Chino Hills project. The Commons Shopping Center at Chino Hills Parkway and Ramona Ave was opened in late October of 2008. The anchors are a 170,000 Sq. Ft. Lowe's, and will also be an Ayers 200 room hotel, and the Toys R Us/Babies R Us relocating from the Pomona location at the 60 and 71 freeways just south of Garey Ave. The Commons Center also hosts some major restaurants including, Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ, BJ's Restaurant and Brewery, Wahoo';s, Pei Wei and the Corner Bakery. Other restaurants slated to open are T.G.I. Friday's, Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday. Other tenants include Quiznos, Diamonds and Designs, Wine Down, and Yogurtland.
