Plans have changed for the condos and until the real estate market turns around, the units will be apartments and eventually be converted to condos for purchase.

Update 11/2/08: The Chino Hills Planning Commission has approved The Shoppes II Project Specific Plan changes from residential only to a mixture of retail, apartments, offices and one or two hotels. The project is open for bids from October 13, 2008 to January 9, 2009. The area to be developed in just south of the Shoppes and east of the Post Office.

The project should begin next year and will attract more business, jobs and tax revenue for the city.
