Villa Borba Development
The Villa Borbara Development in Chino Hills is on hold until the market changes. The development plans consist of 351 single family homes and about 280 multi-family units located on 336 acres on both sides of Butterfield Ranch Road, west side of Highway 71 between Hunter's Hill and Butterfield Ranch on the south, and Pinehurst East and West to the north. Three neighborhoods are planned, all with 7200 sq. ft. lots or larger and a 5 acre commercial center.
